Our company works over 6 years for garment export. Our head office is in Thai Binh.The main products are about knitting & non woven.Our company employs around 1000 people including workers and staff. At the head is the President, or CEO. Below the President is the Managing Director, who has overall responsibility for the day to day running of the company. The company is divided into different departments, each with its own manager. The Planning and Marketing department consists of the merchandise team, and customer services. The Administration department also includes Human Resources. Besides, we provide other fields as: shipyards, farm, real estate, hotel. We offer customers the goods with high quality that are made to meet specific requirements. We work directly with the clients, what we do is listen to our customers' unique needs and employ strategies that are specifically designed to achieve their goals. We are responsible for our own markets.What sets us apart from our competition is that we invest enough time in training our employees to make sure they're equipped with the right skills & the machine is always updated with newest models & always well prepared before using. It's also strong support for our employees to complete the goods with high quality & saving time. Almost others factory will recruit skill worker, but, we think alls need the chance, no one can do anything without traning, we have separte "teachers"to guide newbie employee, many newbie became skill worker & get high income in shortest time.
